RESERVATION

Clients can reserve a class in advance using our online class booking system. You must have a current series in order to book in advance or be prepared to make a purchase when making a reservation. If you are registered for a class, please note that you must show up to claim your spot prior to the scheduled class time. Once the class begins, we will begin to release spots to standby students. If you are registered and are running late, we will hold your spot up to 5 mins after the class start time if you call the studio to inform us of your tardiness. If you have signed up for a class online, make sure to check for an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please call the studio to make sure you were added to the class. If you are a NEW CLIENT to the studio, we recommend you show up 5 mins before your scheduled class. You will need to fill out a waiver prior to the class start time.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel a reservation up to 12 hours prior to the start of class. If you cancel after that window of time, you forfeit a class from your series, regardless of whether you transfer into another class or not. If you have an unlimited membership, you will be charged $15. Having another client show up “in your place” will not prevent a late cancel or no show fee from being charged on your behalf. Furthermore, moving from one class to another, does not preclude you from our cancellation policies. If another client shows up and takes your reserved spot, they will be treated as a “walk in” client and your no-show or late cancel status will still apply. It is best to notify our front desk if you are unable to make it to your reserved class. If you do no show for your reserved class, you will be charged a $15 no show fee. If you have any unlimited membership/trial and do not show for your reserved class, you are charged a $15 no show fee and/or late cancel fee. 

MINORS

No clients under the age of 18 are permitted to attend class at Sweat EXT. No minors or children are to be left in the reception area or Hot Room without adult supervision (this does not include the Sweat EXT staff).

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Please check in at the desk every time you come to ride. Please do not assume we see you when you walk in. If you are new to heated workouts and arrive late, you will not be allowed into class.
Please check in at the desk every visit.
Cell phones are not permitted in the Hot Room. Filming and photography are welcomed before and after class. Filming and photography during class are strictly prohibited. Please silence your phones and put them away in one of our designated lockers. No talking during class. Please follow the instructions of the trainer during class.
Trainers are subject to change and classes are subject to cancellation without notice. When possible, an email or text message will be sent in the event that there is a change in the schedule. Subject to any opt-out you elect, you consent to receiving notices from us pertaining to class.
We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to sign our waiver and to familiarize themselves with our studio.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

No returns or refunds on any purchase of a class package.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Depending on your Membership, you may have different rights governing your term and termination.
Sweat EXT Memberships (4, 8, 12, or unlimited) are billed monthly, and have a minimum of 3, 6 or 12 months commitment, depending on the Membership you select. Following the commitment term, the membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at the current monthly rate. Memberships are ineligible for cancelation prior to the term expiration without penalty, subject to any applicable Consumer Right to Cancelation, which is applicable to the initial date of purchase. Any requested cancelation prior to the term expiration will require a notice of at least 30 days in advance of the monthly billing date, and must be accompanied by an early termination fee. If you are on a three-month commitment, your early termination fee is equivalent to one half month of your membership rate. If you are on a six-month commitment, your early termination fee is equivalent to one month of your membership rate. If you are on a twelve-month commitment, your early termination fee is equivalent to two months of your membership rate if you are requesting a termination in the first six months of your term, or the equivalent of one month of your membership rate if you are requesting a termination in the last six months of your term. You must be on an active, unfrozen membership to request a termination. Terminations can be requested via our app or via email (atl@swt-ext.com). If you are currently on a Membership and wish to upgrade or downgrade your membership, your commitment term will restart effective as of the transfer date. Transfers can be requested by contacting your local studio or via email atl@swt-ext.com
Standard Memberships (4, 8 or 12,) are billed monthly, automatically renew on a month-to-month basis, and have 3 month minimum commitments. Standard Memberships will continue to renew each month unless a cancelation is requested at least 30 days in advance of the auto-renewal date. Cancellations can be requested by completing a request via our app or via email (atl@swt-ext.com) 30 days prior to your auto-renewal date. Failure to timely cancel will result in autorenewal.
Class Packages refers to any purchase of a pre-determined allotment of classes to be redeemed at Sweat EXT in a given time frame. Unless otherwise specified, Class Packages are not subject to auto renewal. Classes purchased as part of a Class Package must be redeemed prior to the expiration date which accompanies the Class Package. Subject to any consumer rights to cancelation, no refunds will be given for expired and unredeemed classes.
All memberships and packages are subject to pricing changes, and, if applicable, cancellation penalties, which will be reasonably communicated to you in advance of any pricing change.
Membership Freeze: Sweat EXT members may receive a complimentary freeze twice per calendar year by submitting a request via email to atl@swt-ext.com
Classes and Booking Restrictions: Any unused classes from your membership will expire, and will not roll over to the next month. Classes are subject to late cancellation penalties.

WAITLIST

After a class is full with online reservations, a waitlist opens up for 10 clients. Waitlisted clients will automatically be added to class by the order in which they signed up when/if reservations are canceled. Waitlisted clients will be notified via email up to 1 hour before the class start time if they are added. Waitlisted clients are responsible for attending or canceling from class once they are added. (All regular cancellation/ no show policies apply) Waitlist will be locked 2 hours before the class start time. After 2 hours, Standby will be implemented for any available spots that open up due to late cancelations or no shows. Standby will be offered to clients on a first arrive/ first serve basis. Clients must be present and waiting in the lobby to be placed on Standby. Standby clients may not claim a spot until the front desk releases an available spot to them. If a reserved spot is not claimed by the start of class, the front desk may release those spots to standby clients. (Please wait to be permitted) Please note: Clients with reservations that are running late MUST CALL the studio to be given a 5 minute grace period.

NO CLIENTS WILL BE PERMITTED TO ENTER CLASS LATER THAN 5 MINUTES AFTER THE CLASS START TIME.
